  • Recent Police Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • Disability Worker Screening Card
  • Current First Aid Certificate (support workers only)
  • Current CPR Certificate (support workers only)
  • Right to Work in Australia
  • Insurance
  • Current Non-Learner Drivers Licence
